Effective date: 29 July 2026  |  www.ragroup.ae

RAG Holdings LLC (“RAG Holdings,” “RAG,” “the Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to protecting the privacy and personal data of everyone who interacts with us. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through www.ragroup.ae and our related business activities (together, the “Service”), why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and the rights available to you under the laws of the United Arab Emirates.

RAG Holdings is a company incorporated in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, with its principal office at Addiyar Building, Sheikh Zayed Road, Al Wasl, Dubai, UAE. This Policy applies to the Dubai-based operations of RAG Holdings and to www.ragroup.ae. Group entities operating under related brands in Qatar and Singapore maintain their own local privacy notices where required by local law.

By visiting our website, submitting an enquiry, subscribing to our newsletter, contacting us via WhatsApp or phone, or otherwise engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.

• Processing: any operation performed on Personal Data, including collection, storage, use, disclosure, transfer, or deletion.

• Data Subject: the individual to whom Personal Data relates — a website visitor, prospective client, client representative, job applicant, or supplier contact.

• Cookie: a small file placed on your device by your browser to remember information about your visit or to enable analytics and advertising.

• PDPL: UAE Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021 on the Protection of Personal Data, and its implementing regulations, as amended.

• Service: the website www.ragroup.ae and RAG Holdings’ related company formation, licensing, corporate services, office space, PRO, accounting, and intellectual property registration services.

2. What Information We Collect

We collect Personal Data in the following ways:

2.1 Information you give us directly

• Contact and enquiry forms: name, mobile number, and email address (per our “Get a Free Quote” and contact forms), together with any message content you submit.

• Newsletter sign-up: email address, and name if provided.

• WhatsApp and phone enquiries: your phone number, WhatsApp profile information, and the content of your messages or calls.

• Client onboarding and service delivery: where you engage us for company formation, licensing, PRO, accounting, trademark/IP registration, or office space services, we collect the identity, contact, corporate, immigration, and financial information required to deliver those services — for example, passport and Emirates ID copies, visa details, company documents, and banking details. This information is collected directly from you and is not covered in full detail by this website Policy; it is instead governed by the engagement letter or service agreement you sign with us.

• Recruitment: if you apply for a role with us, your CV, contact details, and any information you choose to submit.

2.2 Information collected automatically

• Device and usage data: IP address, browser type, device type, pages viewed, referring URL, and time spent on the Service.

• Cookies and similar technologies, as described in Section 5 below.

2.3 Information from third parties

• We may receive information about you from business partners, government portals (where you interact with us in connection with a licensing or visa application), or publicly available sources such as your professional social media profile.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To respond to enquiries submitted through our contact or quote forms, WhatsApp, or phone.

• To provide company formation, licensing, PRO, accounting, IP registration, office space, and related corporate services you request.

• To send you the newsletter and marketing communications you have opted into, and to manage your subscription preferences.

• To operate, secure, and improve our website and Service.

• To measure and improve the effectiveness of our marketing, including through analytics and advertising cookies described below.

• To comply with our legal, regulatory, and licensing obligations in the UAE (including anti-money-laundering / Know-Your-Customer checks required for company formation services).

• To recruit and evaluate job applicants.

4. Legal Basis for Processing

Under the PDPL, we process your Personal Data only where we have a valid legal basis to do so, which will typically be one of the following:

• Consent — for example, when you subscribe to our newsletter or accept cookies that are not strictly necessary.

• Performance of a contract — to deliver the services you engage us for.

• Legitimate interest — to respond to enquiries, secure our website, and carry out direct marketing to existing clients, balanced against your rights and expectations.

• Legal obligation — where UAE law, including AML/KYC and licensing regulations, requires us to collect or retain information.

5. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies on www.ragroup.ae for the following purposes:

• Essential cookies — required for the website to function correctly (e.g., remembering form inputs, security tokens). These cannot be disabled without affecting site functionality.

• Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) — to understand how visitors use our site, which pages perform well, and where visitors come from, so we can improve the Service.

• Advertising and remarketing cookies (Meta/Facebook Pixel and similar tools) — to measure the effectiveness of our advertising, to show you relevant ads about RAG Holdings’ services after you visit our site (interest-based/retargeted advertising), and to build audiences for social media advertising on platforms such as Facebook and Instagram.

You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings at any time. Disabling non-essential cookies will not affect your ability to browse the site, but may affect the relevance of ads you see and our ability to measure site performance. Where required by law, we will request your consent before setting non-essential cookies via a cookie banner.

6. Do We Share Your Information?

We do not sell your Personal Data. We share it only in the following circumstances:

• Service providers and processors — website hosting, email/newsletter delivery, WhatsApp Business, CRM, analytics, and advertising platforms (e.g., Google, Meta) that process data on our behalf and under our instructions.

• Government and regulatory authorities — UAE free zone authorities, the Department of Economy and Tourism, immigration (GDRFA), and other bodies where necessary to process a licensing, visa, or trademark application on your behalf, or where legally required.

• Group companies — RAG Holdings’ affiliated entities in Qatar, Singapore, and India, where you have engaged us for services spanning those jurisdictions.

• Professional advisers — banks, auditors, and legal counsel, where necessary to deliver our services or comply with our obligations.

• Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to appropriate confidentiality protections.

• Legal requirements — where disclosure is required to comply with a court order, government request, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of RAG Holdings, our clients, or the public.

7. International Data Transfers

RAG Holdings operates across the UAE, Qatar, Singapore, and India. Where your Personal Data is transferred outside the UAE — including to our regional offices, or to service providers such as Google or Meta whose servers may be located outside the UAE — we take steps required under the PDPL to ensure an adequate level of protection, which may include contractual safeguards, verifying the recipient jurisdiction’s data protection standards, or obtaining your consent to the transfer.

8. Data Retention

We retain Personal Data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purpose it was collected for, including to satisfy legal, accounting, licensing, or regulatory retention requirements (which, for corporate service and financial records, can extend to several years under UAE company and AML law). Newsletter and marketing data is retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent. When no longer needed, we securely delete or anonymize your data.

9. Data Security

We maintain appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect Personal Data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, including encrypted transmission (SSL/TLS), access controls, and restricting access to personnel who need it to perform their role. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to minimize risk and will notify affected individuals and the relevant authority of any data breach where required by the PDPL.

10. Your Rights Under the PDPL

Subject to applicable exceptions, you have the right to:

• Be informed about how your Personal Data is collected and used (this Policy).

• Request access to the Personal Data we hold about you.

• Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data.

• Request erasure of your Personal Data, where there is no legal or contractual reason for us to keep it.

• Restrict or object to certain processing, including direct marketing — you can unsubscribe from our newsletter at any time using the link in any email.

• Request data portability, where technically feasible.

• Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent, without affecting processing carried out before withdrawal.

• Lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office if you believe your rights have been infringed.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in Section 15. We may need to verify your identity before actioning a request, and will respond within the timeframe required by the PDPL.

11. Children’s Privacy

Our Service is directed at businesses and adults seeking corporate and licensing services in the UAE. We do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children. If you believe a child has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

12. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party websites, including government portals, free zone authorities, and social media platforms. This Policy does not apply to those third-party sites, and we are not responsible for their content or privacy practices. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any site you visit.

We may update this Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or in applicable law. The “Effective date” at the top of this page will indicate when it was last revised. Material changes will be communicated through the Service, and your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
