Co-working Space in Dubai
Co-working Space in Dubai
With RAG’s co-working space in Dubai, you get a desk in a shared office with staff on site. Internet and meeting rooms are part of it. Most days you’ll find freelancers, remote workers, and a few founders building their first company here. So do small teams that don’t need a closed room yet. We run the building side, so there’s no fit-out, DEWA bill, or internet contract to arrange before your first morning. If you want more privacy later, our closed flexi cabins and private offices are the next step.
What’s included in our co-working space
- Flexible desk plans
- Staffed, professional business centre
- High-speed internet from day one
- Bookable meeting and discussion rooms

- Lower cost than leasing an office
- Suitable for entrepreneurs, freelancers, and startups
Start small, grow here
Many of our clients began at a shared desk. Since 2013, RAG has worked with more than 9,500 of them. Our team also handles business setup in Dubai, visas and PRO work. So one team can help with your desk and your paperwork. For late finishes, RAG Biz HQ on Sheikh Zayed Road stays open 24 hours.
Whether you’re launching a startup, working remotely, or seeking a flexible office solution in Dubai, RAG’s co-working space provides the environment and support needed to stay productive and connected.
Frequently Asked Questions on co-working space in Dubai
What is a co-working space in Dubai?
Basically, it’s an office you share with other people, and you only pay for your own desk. At RAG there’s a team on site, and your plan already covers the internet and meeting rooms. You can pay for your seat and share the rest of the facilities. It’s a good choice if home or a cafe isn’t working for you anymore, and a lease feels like too much of a commitment. Come and see it before you decide, a visit only takes a few minutes.
Q: Who is RAG's co-working space suited to?
Mostly freelancers and consultants, plus people who work remotely for a company abroad. Teams of two or three join too, often while they test the market. If you’d rather sit at the same desk every morning, a flexi desk is probably better for you. And if you need a door you can lock, you have to look at a private office. Tell us your team size and we’ll suggest the right option.
Can I get a trade licence or visa with a co-working desk?
Not with the seat alone, as it’s a place to work rather than a licence address. A Dubai licence usually needs a registered address backed by Ejari. For that, our clients normally add a flexi desk. Our company formation team then handles the licence and visa files for you. Just send us your business activity, and we’ll tell you which setup works for it.
How much does a co-working space in Dubai cost?
It depends on which center you’re in, how many desks you need, and for how long. You pay one monthly fee, and that covers the rent, the internet, and the furniture. Co-working is cheaper than leasing your own office this way. Availability changes, so we don’t publish fixed prices. Call us or book a visit for current pricing at RAG Biz HQ, RAG Tower, or RAG Global Business Hub.
