An office, plus the license and visas behind it
The office is one part of what we do. Since 2013, we’ve worked with more than 9,500 clients and formed over 2,000 companies. So the team handing you the keys can also sort the paperwork. Our business setup in Dubai advisers check that the office suits your licence before anything is signed. Mainland licences from DET generally require an office with a registered tenancy. We file yours through Ejari, which the Dubai Land Department runs. Visas, company formation, accounting and corporate filings are handled in-house too.
Here’s one recent example from RAG Biz HQ. A four-person recruitment firm started there on two flexi desks. Last spring they moved into a private office in the same building. The licence kept the same Dubai address throughout. We updated the Ejari, and they were working from the new room within the week.
