RAG Holdings Dubai is the group’s base in the UAE. Its three business centres are RAG Biz HQ on Sheikh Zayed Road and RAG Tower in Al Barsha. The third is RAG Global Business Hub in Al Qusais.
From these three addresses, our team forms companies, files visas, keeps the books and leases office space. Dubai has been our home since 2013, and more than 9,500 clients have worked with us since then.
Some arrive needing one trade licence and a flexi desk. Others need a private office, twenty staff visas and a corporate tax registration in the same month. Either way, you deal with one company and one set of people.

Our people, awards and the RAG Club
Our staff were asked, in confidence, what it’s really like to work here. Their answers earned RAG Holdings Great Place to Work certification in 2026. On 8 October, RAG came in at 56 on the small-company table of Best Workplaces in the Middle East 2026.
So what does a staff survey have to do with your licence? Quite a lot, honestly, because the person chasing your visa file likes working here. You tend to notice it in the replies.
Clients can also join the RAG Club, our invite-only circle for founders who already work with RAG. Five chapters have run since the first one at RAG Biz HQ in September 2025. Past sessions ran from legal compliance with Chancery Chambers to a photography workshop with Nikon Middle East and Africa. People tend to leave with a pocket full of cards, and one or two they’ll actually call.
